1. The film is a serial
killer thriller film. It is centered around two detectives, Alice Martin and
Charlie Page who find the link between unusual murders taking place in the city
and a twisted evil religious agenda behind it, focused on the ten
commandments. They both work out that people are being murdered by the sins
they commit (a man&woman who are both cheating on their partners are both
murdered while sleeping together, as this goes against ‘Do not commit adultery’).
The film follows Alice Martin and Charlie as they try to find the killer, which
is later revealed to be a work colleague.
2. The film is focused on a tribal family, the Amaras, who live within the amazon rain-forest and have
spent their entire life there. Because of their tribal lifestyle, they have
become immune to diseases which in the ‘outer-world’ would be deadly. One
night, people from the city come to the rain-forest and kidnap the young
daughter of the Amara family, Soku. As an act of revenge, the family go out to
seek the hunters, however unaware, they also bring the deadly disease with
them, which eventually spreads and kills off the majority of the human species.
A film of romance but also thrill and terror.
3. In 2005, 4 year old
Caprice Harris is kidnapped whilst on a family holiday in Bogota, Colombia. Her
disappearance creates a worldwide search however for years she carries on being
labelled as missing. Throughout the film, the audience see slightly blurred
scenes of what Caprice’s life is like. Eventually, her parents come back to
Bogota, 10 years afterwards for remembrance. Her mother goes to a restaurant where she
in-fact served by Caprice, however her mother is unaware. It is soon revealed
that the whole hotel was in on the kidnapping and Caprice has been brought up with
a new identify there.
